ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

After housing, health, wellness and security, EXEMPLARY EDUCATION ACHIEVED through apt methods is essential.

Opportunities through, and from, proper and applicable education in its many forms are critical.  Whether with newly developed, or developing, skills and talents; or, skills and talents which are to be discovered and developed; or, skills and talents which are innate to be optimized; the bases for all socio-economic opportunity and sustainability are educational opportunities.

LSG engages, and will engage public, private, faith-based or PPP configurations, with and for:

  • New school system establishment.
  • Restructuring, reorganization, refocusing of deficient school systems.
  • Multi-purpose school campus systems.
  • Vocational, training, skill-based and skill re-positioning education.
  • Vocational, training, skill-based and skill re-positioning education combined with factory and/or operations establishment, on one campus.
  • Domestic and International Academic Programs.
  • On-line Accredited Programs.

LSG will facilitate and/or support traditional, creative or innovative design.  We provide our services and expertise compartmentally, departmentally or comprehensively.

Comprehensively and absolutely:  From curricula establishment and guidance to creating profitable opportunities for the school system and/or financial investors, LSG has the professionals and resources to facilitate all program and system development, from inception through post-implementation.

Within LSG is a wealth of professionals from retired to near-retirement to recent graduates from academia, K through doctorate; with experience, expertise and a multitude of successful foci.  Multi-culturally, from the classroom and lecture hall to all areas of competition and athletics to administrative and business functions, we are, have been, or have access to, these professionals.  LSG can facilitate all areas of full-campus academic responsibilities and infrastructure development, including, but not limited to, general or specific; academic, business, operational, management, construction, logistics and transportation, infrastructure and profit centers to, as only one example, specifically establishing Institutional Copier/MFD and document management programs.

LSG is open to listening to all types of programs.  However, to be perfectly clear about the type of framework we seek…  IF a no-nonsense, accountable, responsible, comprehensive, disciplined, respectful, innovative, practical, no “snowflake” approach is what YOU believe; THEN, engage LSG.

ESTABLISHING LEARNING CENTERS and CREATING VALUE IN EDUCATION

The following is a general “areas of importance” LSG overview for new development of educational initiatives:

With regard to Investment, Return on Investment (ROI) and Stakeholders, we have the responsibility to understand throughout inception, creation, formulation, development and implementation of any education-based system to which we are chartered to establish, that the greatest investment, ROI and stakeholders are, and from, the students themselves.  This is the number one principle.

Without question, financial profitability is ensured.  Stating the obvious, nothing in this world works without financial sustainability.  Financial investors are accountable to the facilitation of a proper education for the students, first.  All else are just details to which the initial financially responsible are accountable.  Through intensive blueprinting and planning, creating a sustainable multi-functional system, which is without limit in productivity and profitability, is a primary goal.  This attention to detail, is extremely enlightening and rewarding, for all involved.  LSG has tremendous access to assets and resources which facilitate this procedure throughout every component of full-system development through implementation, as well as, facilitation of cross-cultural administrative personnel and management.

Accountability is the operative word throughout every function.  One critical issue area, within any system is accountability, or lack thereof.  Systems are destined to fail without fair and rigid accountability.  Failure to address this is a complete disservice and gross negligence.  Three components of extreme focus are accountabilities directly related to educators, administrators and managers.  Accountability parameters will be verified from the onset, and accountable functions will be continuously evaluated, improved and sustainable.

Accountability, responsibility and success ultimately lies with well-disciplined and productive students.  Of course, students will be challenged and evaluated daily.  Students are accountable for themselves, as well as, to their families, communities and country.

LSG understands and embraces the importance of comprehensive system development and detailed component value.  We understand the significance, and difference between, financial and institutional value.  We understand the tangible and intangible, the positive and potentially negative externalities, and the amount of thoughtful effort needed to facilitate successful outcomes.  Proper system establishment requires LSG’s comprehensive blended, practical and multi-disciplinary collaborative approach, integrated with all partners’, alliances’, associates’ and required entities’ roles, responsibilities and accountabilities.
