CONCEPT to SUSTAINABILITY

Engaging Forward, whether an initiative is business-centric or technologies-centric (always an element of convergence), LSG will engage with qualified entities of any size or structure, globally, at any stage in their development or current level of productivity and functionality.  The goal is always the same, as it should be… Optimization to establish Sustainability.

As would every company would want… Preferably before any formal action, engagement or process has been established for a client’s objective, this is when LSG should be engaged.  For optimal positive impact, efficiency and effectiveness, as well as, real equitability and feasibility, real collaborative efforts which are serious about optimization or sustainability, LSG should be engaged from the concept development phase (front end), forward.

As one example, it is no secret that within the majority of “development” related projects, all major players are typically decided prior to announcement of an “open bid”.  Practical?  Yes.  Efficient?  Short-term, maybe.  Long-term, probably not.  Effective?  Short-term, maybe.  Long-term, probably not.  Equitable?  The short AND the long of it, ALMOST NEVER.  As is said, “It is as it is.”  Enough said.  However, this being commonplace in today’s business world, one cannot be deterred.  Even not being in this “pre-planning, who knows who” phase, LSG still will engage at any stage, when agreements can be made to make a positive sustainable, socio-economic impact.  As is the above, this is also related to which is referenced within our discussions of “imposition of change” versus “effecting real equitable change”.

Moving forward… A good concept or idea is meaningless without the courage to act and the fortitude and stamina to follow-through.  Concept or front-end facilitation is not necessarily difficult nor obtrusively time consuming, when you believe in something and know what you are doing.

Be wary of lacunarity:  In this “google-ized” world, “partial” information, regarding everything is available.  This information alone won’t facilitate sustainable progress.  YouTube is great to learn how to plant a garden in any geographic region, but not regarding actual “hands-on” cultivation and nurturing.  Too many companies and decision-makers are only armed with partial information, have gaps and voids in their approaches, processes and methods.  Many do not understand foundation-centric variables.  Yes, information is power.  However, cross-cultural, organized, actionable information mobilized, and systemized, holds the real power.

Whether LSG is brokering (we use a comprehensive definition) an initiative for processes, partnerships, products, or program solutions; OR, we are engaged as facilitators for concept development, any organizational function, tasked to provide a specific or comprehensive positive, systematic and sustainable solution or outcome… logically, we begin at the beginning with LSG-BLUEPRINTING.

BLUEPRINTING.  LSG is a partner, not a product.  In the truest sense of the word, a partnership, which facilitates optimal outcomes which, are “geared” to be sustainable.  For this to be ensured, transparency from all parties must be paramount, beginning with the blueprinting process.  This is not too much to ask, and it is these details, that make the big difference.  More often than not, the difference between good and great are just minor details, which can be easily overlooked.  LSG is not doing our job, utilizing the best of our abilities, if we do not intricately know our client-partners and those whom they serve, as well as we know ourselves.  BLUEPRINTING IS mission-critical.

Our collaborative goal is always the same…  Sustainable optimization at every juncture and system segment.  Engaging LSG is your game-changer.  LSG is flexible, customized and the norm for engagement follows a no-nonsense, logical, common-sense process.  As with all business, the customized process begins with agreements, usually in this order; Non-circumvent, Non-disclosure, Confidentiality (NCNDC) Agreement, Blueprinting, LOI or MOU, Flexible Contractual Agreement (with attention to provide additional amendments, modifications and other appropriate documentation).

Yes, we do, and will, place seemingly extreme emphasis regarding “blueprinting and planning”.  With attention to these areas within every level, segment or phase (from concept to implementation to post-implementation, optimized sustainable results), although this may seem to be intrusive, it actually expedites the process, is thorough and deep, and won’t miss any detail.  This is the core and foundation to ensure optimized outcomes, every time.
